We couldn't have found a better spot to have lunch in the Marais, away fro the crowd. It is a cozy bistro located right behind the Place des Vosges. We ate delicious salads, and had for deserts an incredible tarte Tatin and an amazing chocolate cake. There is a great selection of teas as it is also a "salon de the" open all day. The staff is efficient, courteous and friendly. We enjoyed our lunch, seated outside on nice bistro chairs. On top of all, it's affordable. We will definitely go back next time we're in Paris !

We had been to this cozy restro on a previous visit to the Place des Voges so, on a walk with our friends who live in the 6th we introduced them to Le 9. My dish, Cassoulet was a twist on the expected, simple and perfect for a cool late fall day. Le 9 is a relaxed almost laid back place where the staff take great pride in the experience and your enjoyment.
